Student Handbook
Each student is provided with a student handbook, which contains guidelines,
rules and regulations governing the student’s stay in this University.
It is the responsibility of the student to obtain a copy and get acquainted
with the information therein.

Marriages
As a general rule, marriages are not encouraged during the academic
year. Exceptions may be granted on special request.

Accomodation

Bugema University offers basic accomodation facilities to its students both undergraduate and post graduate students, with our residencial halls around campus, students find it easy to attend lectures at any time with alot of convenience. All residence hall students are charged a boarding fee for the cost of room and meals as noted on the fees structure. Beds are provided in each room and other basic conveniences, but students are expected to provide their own matresses and beding.

First Year students are expected to reside in the University Halls. Second Years and third Years can obatain an exception from the Dean of Students to reside in private Hostels around the campus.

All halls and Hostels around campus can be easily accessed and offering standard facilities for a modern hostel.
