IT Support
Through IT Support department, Bugema University extends IT services to the students, near by schools and comunities. providing services such as Computer repair and mantainance, trouble shooting and Networking solutions. The IT Support department offers a chance to students from Computiing and Technology department to utilise whatever that is got from the computer labs and lecture theatres to solve a practical problem.
IT Support workshop also offers industrial attachment/training to students from within and other universities giving an opportunity for hands on experience in their various fields.
Tele Centre
Bugema University recognises that we live in a global vilage hence the need to enhance ICT services to all individuals. through the University Tele Centre, the University provides internet service to the surrounding communities at a low cost. the centre is located on campus diseminating services both to the students and the community
Internet
Internet services are available in the library and at the Community Tele-
Center, located just across the road from the main gate. Students in the
Department of Computing and Technology also have internet access in
one of the computer laboratories.
